Our Well Trained Westchester, NY Staff:

Our training process begins with a 40-60-day orientation period. Candidates must spend a minimum of 40-man-hours out in the field prior to serving any legal process or performing any legal support functions in real life situations for us.  During this period, candidates are trained and schooled in personal process serving techniques and maneuvers, physical training, field study, overall aspects of criminal law, psychology, defensive driving, CPR, limited languages and etiquette and schooling on all pertinent New York State and Connecticut CPLR laws.

Selected candidates must pass all required tests. All agents are all NYS licensed drivers with excellent driving records and abilities. Our staff do not carry firearms, unless otherwise specified for a required security task.  All process serving agents are trained in excess of NYS requirments.

Furthermore, before any of our process servers and/or special service team partners go out into the field with your important legal documents or task at hand, they will have proven aptitude, and high on-the-job performance ratings that reflect the standards of Westchester Judiciary Services, Ltd. management and proven effective style and techniques.
